- Bug reports. A page crashed, a price looks wrong, a date is off, a venue is mislabeled. Send the URL.
- Takedowns.If you're a venue, promoter, or artist and want a listing removed or corrected, email us. Include the event URL and we'll act within 48 hours.
- Missing venues.Tell us about a legitimate room we're not scraping yet — happy to add it.
- Account / data requests. Delete or export your data. Use the account email on file.
- Press, partnerships, sponsorships. Same address.
Response time
Bug reports + takedowns: within 48 hours, usually faster. Everything else: within a week.
