recordBar is an independent live music club in downtown Kansas City, originally opened in Westport in 2005 before relocating to Grand Boulevard in 2016. The roughly 400-capacity room is a cornerstone of the local scene, hosting touring indie, rock, and jazz acts alongside local showcases, with a full bar and kitchen.
